Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you package is lost in transit, please contact me via vision@tabassummalani.com within 48 hours to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at vision@tabassummalani.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

Tabassum's studio team is a small and dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. 

Please note that there are longer than usual delivery times in the Australia Post delivery network and delays may occur.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping. We have found that for international orders specifically, express shipping does not impact the timeframe in which you will receive the item.

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible. 

Tabassum Malani Pty Ltd is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.
