Tabassum Malani is an Indian Origin- Melbourne based contemporary artist creating bold and refined aesthetic using mixed media & oils. Her art is inspired by phycology of colors, spectrum of human emotions & nature.
Tabassum’s art style is inspired by beauty in imperfect things and freedom to be one’s true self. Having an engineering background and passion for art, she strives to merge the logical and creative aspects in her art.
Her style is a blend of abstraction & realism with expressive mark making & bold brushstrokes. She works in layers to create depth in her work with mixed media & oil paints. She uses vibrant colors, fuid shapes and expressive strokes to convey her emotions and feelings
