What Inspires Me?

There is ample of inspiration all around us. My artwork is inspired by the beauty in imperfect things and freedom to be one's true self.

I am enthusiast about exploring the unvisited horizons and passionate about creating art that feeds mind, body and soul.

I hope to inspire viewers to connect with the beauty and power of femininity and to embrace their own inner strength.
I believe that art heals and transforms people and culture. It' is an intuitive way of expressing emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Art allows me to access my innermost thoughts and feelings and to understand myself better.

How It Begun..

Tabassum had won several interschool & college art contests. Her strong sense of discipline and responsibility attributes to her upbringing in a defense background. Her father, who is a retired Navy officer, and her mother influenced her nurturing and dedicated conduct. She grew up in different parts of the country, adapting to new environments and cultures.

Tabassum had a passion for art since childhood, but she faced pressure to pursue a more lucrative and stable career. She decided to study engineering, hoping to find a balance between her interests and expectations.
She excelled in her academic performance and served the Indian Government as Water Engineer for over a decade. She had always loved engineering, but she felt something was missing in her life. She wanted to express her creativity and emotions in a different way.
Amidst Covid, when she moved to the Dja Dja Wurrung Country, Australia, she realized that art was her true calling, and she decided to follow her dreams of becoming an artist. Her decision was inspired by her younger brother Omar Malani's example of pursuing his passion and challenging the status quo.

She graduated from Milan art Institute, where she learned new skills and techniques, developed her own style and voice and discovered the purpose of her life.
She started to showcase her work in exhibitions, contests and online platforms, where she received positive feedback and recognition.
She finally felt satisfied and proud of herself, as she was able to pursue her passion and express her identity through art.
She has begun to self-represent with the majority of her paintings selling online.

Tabassum is always exploring new ways to express her artistic vision and create stunning pieces of art. She dedicates most of her time to honing her skills and experimenting with different techniques and media. She loves to challenge herself and push the limits of what art can be. She uses vibrant colors, fluid shapes and expressive strokes to convey her emotions and feelings. Her Artworks are like windows to another world, where you can escape and discover new wonders.

She has a passion for creating beauty and sharing it with the world. She invites you to explore a new dimension of possibilities through her art. Her paintings are a mix of abstract and realism, with a touch of cheerful elements that convey a sense of confidence and optimism where anything is possible.

She often finds inspiration from the life around her, following Salvador Dalí's heart that once said, "Every morning when I wake up, I experience an exquisite joy —the joy of being."

She believes that giving back to charitable causes is a moral duty Her paintings are regularly donated to non-profit organizations. she has set her sights on working for organizations that help malnourished children and victims of war. She hopes to use her skills to improve the lives of those who suffer from hunger, violence and injustice. Tabassum invites anyone who shares her vision and values to connect with her and explore possible collaborations.

Currently, Tabassum lives in Suburbs of Melbourne, Australia with her husband and travels regularly to experience the world and gain new inspirations.
