This painting has been an inspiring and emotional journey.

whilst my visit to Bali, I was mesmerized by the peacocks flaunting their beautiful feathers as it rains and enjoying their tiny flights.

There has been a strong urge to recreate it on the canvas since I had paused to witness those moments of stillness & beauty.

It speaks to my heart encouraging to find beauty and strength within self & in the world around us.

Through its vibrant colors and grace this bird is a reminder to pause, to breathe & to reconnect with the natural world & our own inner selves.
