Order Processing
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3 to 7 business days
- International: Delivery times vary by destination
During busy periods, public holidays, or promotional events, deliveries may take 5 to 10 business days or longer.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at vision@tabassummalani.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or another suitable solution.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available at checkout for selected locations.
Please note that international express shipping may not significantly reduce delivery times due to customs clearance and destination country processing.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
